Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic, friendly valet attendant to park cars for our establishment. The valet's responsibilities include greeting guests, helping to unload luggage, parking cars carefully, and returning vehicles quickly when guests are ready to leave.

Job Specifications

Valet Requirements:

• A valid driver's license.
• No prior traffic offences.
• Neat appearance and upkeep of uniform.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Excellent observation, communication, guest service, and report-writing skills
• Minimum one year of previous experience in a large convention hotel environment

Job Duties

Job Specific

• Greeting guests of the establishment.
• Assisting with unloading guests' luggage.
• Parking cars safely.
• Retrieving cars for guests in a timely manner.
• Ensuring that parked cars are locked and that keys are stored safely or returned to the owner.
• Greet all guests arriving and departing from the hotel with their vehicle needs
• Park vehicles while following Standard Operating Procedures set by hotel standards
