Job summary

EPS Valet is seeking a hard-working and reliable Valet to join our team. As a Valet, you will primarily assist our guests by carefully parking and retrieving their vehicles, greet guests, help with luggage, and direct traffic.

The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, and service-oriented, with a valid driver's license and ability to drive a manual transmission. Prior valet experience and neat appearance are preferred. You will ensure safety and provide excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Previous valet or similar role experience preferred.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission is required.
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance.
• Be friendly, courteous, and provide high-quality guest service.

Responsibilities

• Safely direct the flow of traffic entering and exiting the parking area.
• Assist guests with their luggage.
• Answer inquiries regarding hotel amenities and local businesses/attractions.
• Maintain an organized key tracking system.
• Follow all traffic laws while parking vehicles in designated areas.
• Carefully document vehicle and guest transactions.

We are seeking a hard-working and reliable Valet to join our team. As a Valet, you will primarily assist our guests by carefully parking and retrieving their vehicles. Your responsibilities will also include warmly greeting guests as they arrive, loading and unloading luggage, directing traffic, and safely operating a variety of vehicles with both manual and automatic transmissions. The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, and service-oriented!
