We are currently seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Valet Attendant. As a Valet Attendant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests by ensuring a seamless and convenient parking experience. Your primary responsibility will be to park and retrieve guests' vehicles efficiently and safely, while delivering a high level of professionalism and hospitality.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting and Welcoming Guests: Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all arriving guests, making them feel valued and appreciated. Assist with any luggage or personal belongings as needed.
• Vehicle Parking and Retrieval: Safely and responsibly park guests' vehicles in designated areas, ensuring they are secure and protected. Retrieve vehicles promptly upon guests' request, always maintaining a high level of care and attention to detail.
• Efficient Traffic Flow: comprehensive understanding of the parking area layouts, strong familiarity with the surrounding areas, major streets, landmarks, freeways, and stay updated on current traffic conditions, road closures and alternative routes to assist and recommend to customers.
• Customer Service: Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills at all times. Address guests' inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Provide directions, recommendations, and assistance as requested, going above and beyond to exceed guests' expectations.
• Vehicle Safety and Maintenance: Ensure vehicles are handled carefully and responsibly, paying attention to any specific instructions or requirements provided by guests. Report any vehicle damage or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Cash Handling and Reporting: Accurately handle cash transactions, including collecting valet fees, issuing receipts, and providing correct change. Maintain a detailed record of transactions and submit financial reports as required.
• Safety and Security: Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure the well-being of guests, colleagues, and yourself. Follow established security procedures to safeguard guests' vehicles and personal belongings.
• Team Collaboration: In certain circumstances, Valet Attendants may be requested to fulfill the role of a Shuttle Driver to provide coverage as needed.
