LAZ Parking is seeking a Valet Attendant to be the friendly face of our hospitality team. You will warmly welcome guests, assist with luggage, and safely park and retrieve vehicles while keeping an organized arrival experience.

The role emphasizes outstanding guest service, a professional appearance, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided; benefits for eligible full-time staff are available.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• At least 2 years of driving experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with enthusiasm upon arrival and departure.
• Greet guests professionally and create a warm, memorable first impression.
• Open vehicle and hotel doors for guests.
• Assist guests with luggage as needed.
• Build rapport with guests and provide exceptional customer service.
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely manner.
• Issue valet tickets and explain the vehicle retrieval process.
• Manage vehicle keys according to company procedures.
• Direct traffic and maintain organized vehicle flow in high-volume areas.
• Ensure the valet area remains safe, efficient, and guest-focused.
• Support teammates during peak business periods.
