Parking Management Company (PMC) is seeking friendly, dependable Valet Attendants for luxury hotels across the city. Join a fast-paced hospitality team responsible for welcoming guests, parking and retrieving vehicles, and ensuring smooth traffic flow while maintaining safety and professional appearance.

Roles require availability for day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts, with base pay plus tips. Prior valet or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and no more than three moving violations in the past three years.
• Meet applicable background and driving-record screening requirements, consistent with applicable law.
• Strong customer-service skills, professional appearance, and dependable attendance.
• Ability to remain calm during busy periods and operate automatic and manual-transmission vehicles when required.
• Availability for assigned shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous valet, hospitality, or customer-service experience is preferred but not required.

Hotel Valet Attendant

Location: Multiple hospitality properties across the city
Potential Earnings: $20.00+ per hour, including base pay and tips (depending on property)
Job Type: Full-time and part-time
Schedule: Day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts

Pay Transparency

The posted base-pay rate or range is a good-faith estimate of the hourly wage PMC reasonably expects to pay upon hire for the listed position and location. Starting pay will be within the posted range based on relevant experience, qualifications, and property assignment.

Tips are additional to base pay and vary by guest volume, hours worked, and customer interactions. Tips and potential total earnings are not guaranteed. Any available bonus opportunities are subject to the applicable plan terms.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Work involves extended standing and walking, bending, reaching, entering and exiting vehicles, driving, and handling keys and equipment. Employees work indoors and outdoors around traffic and varying weather and may use computers and phones. Essential duties may be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.

Employment Information

This non-exempt position is eligible for overtime under applicable law. PMC complies with applicable wage, leave, break, recordkeeping, and workers’ compensation requirements.

Employment is at will except where applicable law or a binding agreement provides otherwise. Either party may end employment with or without cause or notice, subject to applicable law. The 120-day introductory period does not alter this relationship.
