Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, is an AI-powered real-world parking leader offering checkout-free experiences across North America. We are seeking a Valet Dispatcher to coordinate valet operations, secure keys, and deliver courteous guest service at our Big Sky location.

The role involves dispatching attendants, handling guest questions, and maintaining a professional appearance. $20.00 per hour with comprehensive benefits and opportunities to grow within SP+ nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: Less than High School education or one month related experience, training or an equivalent combination.
• Prior valet driving experience preferred.
• License: valid state-issued driver's license with current address and acceptable driving record.
• Availability to Work: may require 2nd/3rd shift and weekends.
• Language Skills: read/write simple instructions and effectively present information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate parking and vehicle retrieval by Valet Attendants and secure keys.
• Dispatch Valet Attendants to park/retrieve vehicles in a timely manner.
• Inform customers of rates and provide directions if needed.
• Accept and process valet fees (if applicable).
• Maintain a neat uniform and professional appearance at all times.
• Report accidents or safety hazards to Supervisors/Managers.
• Support ramp area maintenance and housekeeping around the garage.
