Job summary

Grand Beach Hotel Surfside is seeking a Valet Supervisor to lead parking operations and deliver service that exceeds guest expectations. You will supervise valet staff, coordinate schedules, coach team members, and ensure safe vehicle handling across all shifts.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in valet supervision, experience in the hospitality sector, and proven ability to work under high-pressure conditions while maintaining service quality.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Previous experience in the parking and hospitality industry preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years Valet Supervisor experience, hotel/hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Valet with staff scheduling, coaching, training and disciplinary actions.
• Oversee staff to ensure departmental practices are followed.
• Greet arriving and departing guests and employees; ensure courteous service.
• Retrieve guest vehicles efficiently and safely; maintain service standards.
• Uphold quality and customer service culture; interface with other departments as needed.
• Complete duties in accordance with hotel policies and procedures; meet productivity and punctuality standards.
• Maintain a positive and respectful attitude and communicate effectively with staff and managers.
