Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License required.
• No vehicle violations within the past 5 years.
• No minimum education requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests according to hotel standards.
• Register all vehicles in the parking platform.
• Communicate the valet process to guests and assist with luggage.
• Professionally and efficiently park guest vehicles.
• Ensure staffing is sufficient and monitor overtime.
• Service and maintain valet transport shuttles.
• Plan and facilitate department meetings and trainings.
• Prepare shift reports and logs; log all work in platforms.
