Reimagined Parking Inc. is seeking a Valet Supervisor for Santa Clara Valley Medical Center in San Jose, CA. This full-time, non-tipped role pays $29.40 per hour and involves morning shifts (7a–3p) with some weekend work.

You will supervise valet attendants, coordinate staffing, monitor vehicle flow, and serve as the on-site escalation point for guests. The position emphasizes safety, policy compliance, and service excellence, with onboarding and coaching of staff.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Prior valet, parking, hospitality, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to operate manual transmission (stick shift) required.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must pass a background check and be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Supervise valet attendants and leads during assigned shifts.
• Coordinate staffing, breaks, and work assignments.
• Monitor vehicle flow, staging, and retrieval.
• Serve as on-site escalation point for guests and clients.
• Enforce safety, traffic control, and vehicle-handling procedures.
