Qualifications

• Experience in valet or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to learn quickly and use sound decision-making in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to operate guest vehicles requiring normal coordination (eye-hand, hand-foot).
• Ability to move from valet stand to customer cars by walking or running for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full valet service process from arrival to departure, including greeting guests, issuing tickets, and entering customer information.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently, tracking vehicle locations.
• Inspect vehicles for pre-existing damage and document findings.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by building rapport and assisting guests as needed.
• Maintain vehicle safety and security and direct traffic; arrange towing if required.
• Process valet fees and reconcile end-of-shift revenue and tickets.
• Report incidents promptly to the Operations Manager or Shift Lead.
• Communicate professionally with guests, clients, supervisors, and teammates.
