Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required with at least 6 months related experience or training.
• Must have a valid state driver’s license with a clean record.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-service oriented with a professional attitude.
• Able to adapt to changes and emergencies on shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests courteously and ensure timely service.
• Assist customers in and out of vehicles and drive, park, and retrieve cars safely.
• Assist with hiring, training, and coaching valet team and create staffing schedules.
• Maintain SOP compliance and safeguard vehicles and keys at all times.
• Prepare daily paperwork and ensure audit compliance.
