Job summary

Parking Management Company seeks a diligent Key Attendant to manage secure key handling for vehicles and facilities. You will verify driver IDs, log key transactions, and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced valet environment.

The role requires a high school diploma, reliability, and the ability to stand and lift up to 50 lbs. Night/weekend shifts may be necessary; a clean background and valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in security, facilities, or customer service preferred.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Distribute and retrieve vehicle keys from valet drivers with proper authorization and logging.
• Maintain accurate records using approved systems and perform regular audits.
• Keep a secure, organized key control station and report missing or damaged keys.
• Provide courteous guest and team member support for key access issues.
• Attend training and adapt to changing business needs while upholding safety policies.
