Job summary

PARKING MANAGEMENT SERVICES Inc. is hiring a Valet Parking Attendant/Driver to welcome guests and assist with parking and retrieving vehicles. You will operate vehicles safely, maintain the parking area, and communicate with guests to provide information and assistance.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1 year of valet/ similar driving experience, and a valid driver’s license with a clean record for at least 2 years. Flexibility for varied shifts is needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a valet parking attendant or in a similar driving role.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record for a minimum of 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist them with parking and retrieving their vehicles in a timely manner.
• Operate vehicles safely and responsibly, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized parking area, ensuring the efficient flow of traffic.
• Communicate effectively with guests, providing information and assistance as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections of vehicles for any damage or issues and report findings to management.
• Uphold the highest standards of customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and address any challenges promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of parked vehicles and manage keys securely.
• Assist in resolving any guest concerns or complaints professionally and efficiently.
