Job summary

Hotel Equities, a multi-award-winning hotel development and hospitality management company, is seeking a full-time Bell/Valet Attendant (Overnight) for the Ohia Waikiki Studio Suites in Honolulu, HI. The role provides parking services, luggage handling, and guest assistance in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, parking and retrieving vehicles, logging vehicle checks, and promoting hotel services while maintaining safety and courtesy at all times.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or Hyatt processes and standards.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must be able to lift up to 65 lbs throughout shift.
• Able to work overnight hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide parking services to hotel guests and respond to guest requests.
• Park and retrieve vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
• Manage keys securely and maintain accurate location records.
• Assist guests with luggage and loading/unloading for arrivals and departures.
• Assist with guest requests and deliver items (laundry, newspapers, etc.).
• Promote hotel services and provide up-to-date hotel information.
