Hotel Equities seeks a full-time Bell/Valet Attendant (Overnight) at Ohia Waikiki Studio Suites in Honolulu, HI. You will provide parking services, assist guests with luggage, and ensure safety and satisfaction through prompt, courteous service.

Responsibilities include vehicle handling, luggage assistance, and promoting hotel services while maintaining accurate logs. The role requires overnight availability, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 65 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma is required.
• Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or Hyatt processes and standards.
• Must have vision ability to see objects and people at a distance.
• Must be able to operate vehicles including manual and automatic transmissions.
• Ability to work flexible hours overnight including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with unloading luggage and transporting to rooms.
• Park and retrieve customer vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Manage keys securely and maintain accurate vehicle location records.
• Assist guests with loading/unloading luggage and run errands as needed.
• Respond to guest needs by delivering items and providing hotel information.
• Promote hotel services and answer guest inquiries to enhance guest relations.
• Communicate any vehicle maintenance needs to engineering and follow up.
