Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred/required.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license.
• Valid vehicle insurance.
• Excellent driving record.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to stand, walk, lift for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests entering and exiting the hotel.
• Assist guests with luggage and other service needs.
• Safely Park and retrieve guest vehicles.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and upcoming events.
• Maintain a positive, proactive approach to guest service.
• Follow all hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.
