Job summary

Towne Park seeks a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality at our locations. You will help guests with vehicle parking and luggage, maintain safety, and provide friendly, efficient service throughout arrival and departure.

The role requires open availability, and duties include handling monetary transactions, explaining rates, and assisting guests with directions and local information as part of a dedicated Towne Park team.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license or be within commuting distance.
• 1 month related experience or relevant training/education.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide attentive, friendly hospitality.
• Park and retrieve vehicles; assist with luggage and bell services as needed.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures; manage keys and ticketing.
• Provide directions and information about local amenities and attractions.
• Ensure safe, prompt guest assistance and adherence to procedures.
