Job summary

Towne is hiring a Guest Service Associate to provide exceptional hospitality, parking and luggage assistance to guests during arrival and departure. The role emphasizes a friendly, efficient service style and adherence to safety protocols in a fast-paced environment.

Shifts include AM/PM/Overnight with base pay $14–$20 per hour plus tips. A $300 sign-on bonus is offered. Prior customer service experience and a valid driver’s license are beneficial.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, professional demeanor and use guests' last names.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with luggage delivery and pickup when applicable.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations, and information about local amenities.
• Explain parking rates and procedures; collect keys and issue claims.
