Job summary

Willows Lodge in Woodinville, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, seeks a Valet Parking Attendant to greet guests, assist with doors, and help with luggage while delivering warm, personalized service.

You will park and retrieve vehicles, share information about the hotel and local area, and work with teammates to create a memorable guest experience. One year in customer service, a valid driver's license, and a friendly, outgoing personality are required; weekend availability is a must.

Qualifications

• At least one year in a customer service role with high guest interaction.
• Valid Driver's License with no infractions for at least 6 months.
• Ability to work in a team environment is a must.
• Pleasant and helpful personality.
• Must be able to work a full shift standing and running to retrieve cars.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Must be available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide a warm welcome as they arrive at the hotel/resort.
• Open car doors and assist with luggage as needed to enhance the guest experience.
• Park and retrieve guests' vehicles, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Provide information about the hotel amenities and local area to guests.
