Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a customer service role with high guest interaction.
• Hospitality industry experience is a plus.
• Valid Driver's License with no infractions for at least 6 months.
• Ability to solve problems when they arise; work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Open doors and welcome guests as they arrive; assist with luggage as needed.
• Park and retrieve guests' cars; assist with other transportation as needed.
• Provide accurate information about hotel amenities and local area; serve as guest knowledge source.
• Maintain organized entrance area and create a warm, welcoming environment.
• Work with fellow attendants to ensure a personalized guest experience and exceed expectations.
