Andaz Maui at Wailea in Wailea, HI is seeking a Full Time Valet Clerk to deliver exceptional guest service. The role requires multitasking to meet guest requests, with strong knowledge of hotel operations and local areas.

You will assist guests with parking, luggage, and transportation, dispatch colleagues, and maintain logs. Competitive hourly pay and benefits apply after eligibility.

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in valet, guest services, or front desk is a plus but not required.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Push, pull and lift up to 50lbs.
• Work independently or as part of a team.
• Provide excellent customer service and be computer savvy.
• Be detail oriented and flexible with schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls from guests, vendors, and team members needing assistance.
• Dispatch valet colleagues to handle requests such as vehicle retrievals and luggage pulls.
• Assist guests with room moves and resort orientations as needed.
• Maintain logs and keys; track guest arrivals and communicate with Bell/Valet teams.
• Process valet payments and use hotel network for information.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly.
• Communicate service requests to hotel departments.
