Responsibilities

• Provide hospitality services to guests in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles promptly and safely; assist with luggage.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures; manage tickets and keys.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations and area information.
• Ensure accurate handling of revenue in the valet system; maintain key tags and guest folios.
