Job summary

Hollywood Casino Aurora is seeking a Valet attendant to provide friendly guest service, park and retrieve vehicles, and keep the Porte Cochere clean. You’ll follow the Red Carpet Service guidelines and work with a lively team in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, ability to read and follow instructions, communicate with guests, fluency in English, and a valid Illinois driver’s license. Equal opportunity employer; starting salary shown.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience related to the nature of the position.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret written and/or oral instructions.
• Ability to communicate with internal and/or external guests.
• Departmental specific requirements: Valid illinois Drivers License.
• Ability to read, comprehend and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates outstanding internal and external service in accordance with “Red Carpet Service” program guidelines.
• Operates both manual and automatic transmissions in parking and retrieving guests’ vehicles.
• Completes Valet tickets accurately by noting proper location of parked vehicle, visible contents of vehicle, prior damage to vehicle, and obvious vehicle malfunction.
• Secures parked vehicles properly.
• Maintains cleanliness of Porte Cochere and Valet Office.
• Attends departmental and company meetings as required.
