Qualifications

• Strong customer service knowledge and ability to interact with guests.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English, and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with luggage and bell services as needed.
• Provide directions and information about facility amenities and local attractions.
• Process tickets and handle basic revenue procedures.
