Job summary

Parking Management Services, Inc. is seeking a Valet Parking Attendant/Driver in New Orleans to greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and maintain a clean, organized valet area.

You will assist guests with luggage, provide park directions, and follow safety policies at all times. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 1 year in driving or hospitality, and a valid driver's license for 2+ years.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a driving job or hospitality industry.
• Must have held a valid driver's license for 2 years or more.
• Proficient driving skills with a clean MVR.
• Excellent customer service skills to ensure exceptional guest experience.
• Strong teamwork abilities to effectively work as part of a team.
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
• Hustle between different areas of Valet Operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized valet area, ensuring all operations run smoothly.
• Assist guests with luggage and provide directions or information about the park as needed.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies, ensuring the safety of guests and their vehicles.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient valet operations and exceptional guest service.
• Perform vehicle inspections and report any damage or issues to management immediately.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and courtesy in all interactions with guests and team members.
