Job summary

SP+ is hiring valet drivers in McLean, VA to provide seamless parking experiences. You will greet customers, park and retrieve vehicles, and ensure safety and courtesy at all times.

Responsibilities include inspecting cars, explaining rates, and following traffic laws. The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to work various shifts, and compliance with company policies. Competitive hourly pay and vaccination requirement apply.

Qualifications

• Valid state driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely drive a vehicle with manual transmission is a plus.
• Availability to work second/third shifts and weekends.
• Eligibility to work legally in the U.S.
• Ability to handle cash and communicate with customers.
• Read/write basic US currency and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on our Promise by resolving client requests efficiently and proactively communicating with clients.
• Inspect every vehicle before parking it, noting all findings.
• Explain valet rates to customers.
• Observe traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Report accidents, hazards, and policy violations to management.
• Know the area's major streets and landmarks for a seamless experience.
• Arrive on time in a clean uniform for each shift.
• Remain in uniform for the entire shift.
• Assist management with additional duties as assigned.
