Towne is hiring Valet Drivers at Downtown Indianapolis for top hotels. You’ll safely park, retrieve and assist guests while creating positive first impressions and maintaining professional hospitality standards.

Starting pay is $9–$11 per hour plus daily tips. Medical benefits are offered to all full- and part-time employees, with paid training and opportunities for career growth within our hospitality-focused team.

What You’ll Do

• Safely park, retrieve, and inspect vehicles
• Create positive first and last impressions
• Deliver exceptional experiences through service, professionalism, and hospitality
• Welcome and assist guests, patients, and visitors with directions, wayfinding, and service-related needs
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety standards
• Maintain organized work areas and complete documentation accurately

Driving Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
• Ability to safely operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles (when applicable)

Compensation:

Towne is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual pay will be based on job-related skills, experience, education, training, geographic location, and other business-related factors. The hourly base pay range for this position is $9–$11 per hour plus $5-$10 per hour in tips.

Physical Requirements

This position regularly requires the ability to:

• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Bend, stoop, kneel and reach
• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Push and pull carts, wheelchairs and luggage
• Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions while entering and exiting vehicles repeatedly throughout the day
