Towne Towne seeks a Hospitality Associate – Driver to deliver memorable arrival-to-departure experiences at Downtown Indianapolis hotels. You will park vehicles, assist with luggage, and guide guests while maintaining professional service.

Whether parking vehicles, assisting with luggage, or supporting guests, patients, and visitors, you create seamless arrival-to-departure experiences through safe, professional, and hospitality-focused service. This posting represents multiple Hospitality Associate – Driver opportunities across Towne locations. Specific responsibilities may vary by site, client, and assignment.

What You’ll Do

• Safely park, retrieve, and inspect vehicles
• Create positive first and last impressions
• Deliver exceptional experiences through service, professionalism, and hospitality
• Welcome and assist guests, patients, and visitors with directions, wayfinding, and service-related needs
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety standards
• Maintain organized work areas and complete documentation accurately

Driving Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
• Ability to safely operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles (when applicable)

Compensation: Towne is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual pay will be based on job-related skills, experience, education, training, geographic location, and other business-related factors. The hourly base pay range for this position is $9–$11 per hour plus $5-$10 per hour in tips. Eligibility requirements depend on job classification, length of employment, and hours worked. Benefits are subject to change and may be governed by specific plan or program terms. Seasonal and temporary positions are not eligible for the benefits outlined above.

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Bend, stoop, kneel and reach
• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Push and pull carts, wheelchairs and luggage
• Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions while entering and exiting vehicles repeatedly throughout the day
