Job summary

Towne is seeking Valet Drivers for Downtown Indianapolis hotels. Start pay is $9–$11 per hour, plus shift differential of $5 per hour and daily tips. The role runs 11pm–7am with no experience required. Medical benefits are offered to all full- and part-time employees, and multiple shifts are available.

As a Towne valet, you will greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and ensure safety and courtesy. The job emphasizes professional service, punctuality, and strong customer interactions.

Driving Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
• Ability to safely operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles (when applicable)

Compensation

Towne is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual pay will be based on job-related skills, experience, education, training, geographic location, and other business-related factors. The hourly base pay range for this position is $9–$11 per hour plus $5-$10 per hour in tips.
