Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Pocono Manor, PA is seeking a friendly Valet Staff member to warmly welcome guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and assist with transportation needs.

You will help guests with luggage, share local attraction tips, and represent the resort with a courteous, service-driven approach. This is a full-time on-site role with opportunities for career growth, health, dental, and vision coverage, plus 401(k) matching and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license and approval by Kalahari insurance.
• Must complete and pass a motor vehicle report.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently park, retrieve, and manage guest vehicles in a timely manner
• Load and unload luggage carts and assist guests with the tagging, storing, and retrieving of luggage
• Respond to guest questions and answer information on local attractions, events and daily activities in the hotel
• Must have basic understanding and knowledge of resort-wide features, amenities, hours of operations, rates, etc. and be able to convey this information to Guests
• Approach all encounters with guests and Associates in a friendly, service-oriented manner.

Valet Staff

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Valet Staff. In this role, you will be responsible for welcoming suggestions in an attentive, courteous & efficient manner, providing them with a positive first impression while parking their vehicle for the day or overnight. They are also responsible for assisting guests in and out of the resort as needed and assisting with transportation needs

As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love—guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. You’ll approach all encounters with guests and Associates in a friendly, service-oriented manner

Key Responsibilities
