Job summary

You will assist guests with luggage, provide directions and information about local facilities, and handle bell services as needed. The role offers morning and evening shifts with base pay of $12 per hour plus tips, plus eligibility for available benefits where applicable.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Driver's license valid in the applicable state.
• Work experience: About 1 month related experience or training.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.
• Skills include reading/writing English and clear presentation of information.

Responsibilities

• Maintains pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, co-workers, and clients.
• Acknowledge and greet guests with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Parks and retrieves vehicles and assists with bell services and luggage storage.
• Provides directions, taxis, reservations and inquiries; informs about facilities and attractions.
• Explains parking rates and retrieval procedures; processes tickets and revenue.
