Job summary
Wildhorse Resort Casino in Pendleton, OR is seeking an on-site Valet Parking Attendant to provide prompt, friendly service to guests and manage vehicle parking and retrieval with care. You will greet guests, issue tickets, drive and park vehicles, and maintain a safe, professional environment.
The role requires a valid driver’s license, the ability to drive manual and automatic cars, and excellent communication.
Qualifications
- Requires valid driver’s license with clean record in last 5 years.
- Must be able to drive all types of vehicles (manual and automatic).
- Courteous, friendly, and efficient with customers.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and run for long periods and work outside in weather.
- Excellent verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills.
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude toward guests and staff.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly as they arrive at the valet area.
- Receive vehicles from guests and fill out parking tickets.
- Park vehicles in designated areas and manage keys and tickets.
- Retrieve vehicles for guests as they depart and ensure safe handling.
- Maintain a neat, professional appearance; promote guest courtesy.
- Adhere to safety practices and regulatory policies at all times.
- Report any suspicious activity or operational concerns to supervisor.
- Assist with other transportation duties as assigned.
