Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests promptly as they arrive at the valet area.
  • Receive vehicles from guests and fill out parking tickets.
  • Park vehicles in designated areas and manage keys and tickets.
  • Retrieve vehicles for guests as they depart and ensure safe handling.
  • Maintain a neat, professional appearance; promote guest courtesy.
  • Adhere to safety practices and regulatory policies at all times.
  • Report any suspicious activity or operational concerns to supervisor.
  • Assist with other transportation duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt, efficient, and friendly service, providing accurate Resort information and assistance pleasantly at all times.
  • Promptly greets customers pulling into the Valet parking area.
  • Receives vehicle from guest and fills out a parking ticket, informing guest of process.
  • Park the vehicle in the correct area and file the ticket and keys.
  • As guests exit the Casino, promptly retrieve the car from the parking area for guests.
  • Handles guest vehicles safely and cautiously at all times.
  • Maintains professional appearance and promotes guest courtesy at all times.
  • Adhere to and promote safety practices, ensuring customer, property, and equipment safety.
  • Report suspicious activity and operational concerns or issues to the bell captain, hotel manager, or lodging director.
  • Comply with regulatory laws, PP&P, department policy and procedures, safety codes, etc.
  • Ensure that equipment, tools, and materials are operated safely.
  • Promote internal guest service standards through courteous and respectful behavior.
  • Other transportation duties as assigned.

ACCESS TO SENSITIVE AREAS:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Possess a valid driver’s license with no history of motor vehicle-related citation or arrest conviction(s) within the last five (5) years in any state per WRC insurance requirements.
  • Needs to drive all types of vehicles (manual and automatic).
  • Courteous, friendly, and efficient with customers.
  • Needs to run, walk, and stand for long periods, have good visual acuity, and work outside in adverse weather.
  • Effective communication skills - verbally instructs, responds to questions, and has exceptional interpersonal skills and abilities.
  • Exhibits a professional demeanor through appearance and by maintaining a positive attitude toward all employees and guests.
  • Requires a criminal history background check.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
