Job summary

SP+ in Fort Lauderdale is looking for a service-oriented Bellman/Valet to ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience for guests. You will assist guests with luggage, escort to rooms, and ensure the safety of belongings while delivering top-tier hospitality from arrival to departure.

Flexible availability, including PM shifts and weekends, with a pay rate of $10.98 per hour plus tips.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
• Ability to provide accurate information to customers and co-workers, and respond professionally to customer problems or complaints.
• Ability to read, write, add, and subtract U.S. currency, and to comprehend instructions, emails, and memos.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and calmly adapt to changes, delays, and unexpected events.
• Flexibility to work special shifts as needed, including 2nd shift, 3rd shift, and/or weekends
