Job summary

SP+ Hospitality is seeking a Valet/Bell Attendant for South Beach to deliver proactive service, guide guests, and clearly explain valet rates. This on-site role requires a valid Florida driver’s license and the ability to drive a manual transmission.

You will inspect vehicles, drive safely, report incidents, and maintain a neat uniform. Flexible scheduling including 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends is required. Competitive pay is $12 per hour plus tips.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Valet Attendant is a MUST.
• Valid state driver’s license with current address and good driving record.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission is a strong plus.
• Flexible schedule including 2nd shift, 3rd shift and weekends.
• Ability to read, write, and respond professionally to customers and co-workers.
• Eligibility to work legally in the U.S. with documentation.
• Ability to follow instructions and stay calm during changes or delays.

Responsibilities

• Resolve client requests and concerns efficiently.
• Maintain knowledge of local streets, landmarks, and freeways to assist guests with directions.
• Clearly explain valet rates and procedures to customers.
• Carefully inspect every vehicle before parking, noting any findings.
• Observe traffic laws and safe driving practices at all times.
• Immediately report accidents, safety hazards, or policy violations to management.
• Arrive on time for every scheduled shift and maintain a clean uniform.
• Assist management with additional duties to ensure smooth operation.
