Job summary

SP+ is seeking a Bellman/Valet at the Lago Mar Beach Resort & Club in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The role focuses on seamless luggage handling and escorting guests to rooms, delivering hospitality from arrival to departure.

Flexibility for 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends is required, with pay at $10.98 per hour plus tips. Prior guest service experience is a plus, and candidates must have legal eligibility to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
• Ability to provide accurate information to customers and coworkers, and respond professionally to problems or complaints.
• Ability to read, write, add, and subtract U.S. currency, and comprehend instructions, emails, and memos.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and calmly adapt to changes, delays, and unexpected events.
• Flexibility to work special shifts including 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide seamless arrival and departure experience by assisting guests with luggage transportation and escorting them to their rooms.
• Deliver top-tier hospitality from arrival until departure, ensuring guest belongings are secure.
