Job summary

Caesars Entertainment in Louisiana is seeking a Valet & Bell Lead to oversee the Valet Parking & Bell Attendants, greet guests, and ensure car care with friendly, professional service. You will coordinate shifts, monitor performance, and maintain safety and courtesy throughout the valet area.

The successful candidate will have a valid Louisiana driver’s license, able to obtain Responsible Vendor Certification, and prior customer service or valet experience.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to present a valid Louisiana driver’s license record with no moving violations or traffic citations in the past 5 years.
  • Must be able to obtain Responsible Vendor Certification.
  • One-year previous customer service experience is preferred, with the ability to provide courteous, friendly and efficient service.
  • Previous experience as a Valet Parking Attendant is preferred.
  • Must possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to express oneself in a professional, clear and concise fashion.
  • Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift.

  • Oversee the Valet Parking & Bell Attendants; park and retrieve customers’ passenger vehicles, while providing excellent customer service.
  • Coordinate breaks, training, and follow-up; handle guest complaints and coach employees.

Job Summary

The Valet & Bell Lead oversees the Valet Parking & BellAttendants. Parks and retrieves customers’ passenger vehicles, while providing excellent customer service.

How You Will Create the Extraordinary

Responsible for coordinating breaks, ensuring that training and training follow-up is accomplished, handles guest complaints, gives out WOW’s, and coaches employees.

Ensures the proper running of the department and that all service standards are being met.

Follows daily schedule to ensure that all employees are clocking in and out as scheduled.

Acknowledges, greets and converses in English with customers who leave their car in Valet for parking.

Drives and parks cars to designated areas of Caesars parking lot.

Safely returns any cars from the valet parking area back to customers.

Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies.

What You Will Need

Must be able to present a valid Louisiana driver’s license record with no moving violations or traffic citations in the past 5 years.

Must be able to obtain Responsible Vendor Certification.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be able to run for extended periods on all types of surfaces, as well as up and down stairs.
  • Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues.
  • Must present a well-groomed appearance.
  • Must be able to drive all types of passenger vehicles with automatic or manual transmissions in a safe fashion.
  • Must be able to work and quickly maneuver inside and outside, sometimes in temperatures in excess of 115 degrees and as cold as 10 degrees.
