Job summary

Evolution Parking & Guest Services, LLC is hiring a Bell Attendant to deliver first-class guest service at our hotel properties in New Orleans. You will open doors, assist with luggage, and greet guests with a warm, professional welcome upon arrival and throughout their stay.

Work outdoors in all weather, lift up to 50 pounds, and be comfortable moving quickly in busy moments while maintaining a friendly, helpful demeanor for guests and colleagues alike.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in English; verbally and written.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Ability to lift, push, pull objects up to 50 pounds with reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Open and close doors for guests and assist with luggage.
• Provide first-class guest service in a professional, courteous manner.
• Assist guests during the valet check-in process and guide them through procedures.
