Job summary

Evolution Parking & Guest Services, America’s exclusive provider of hotel valet and bell services, is seeking a Valet Attendant to deliver first-class guest service in a fast-paced hospitality setting. You will welcome guests, open doors, park and secure vehicles, assist with luggage, and retrieve vehicles promptly while maintaining a courteous demeanor.

You must be comfortable outdoors in all weather, stand for long periods, and assist guests through the check-in process.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as a Valet parking attendant preferred.
• Experience driving a manual transmission vehicle preferred.
• Proficiency in English; verbal and written.
• Must have a valid driver's license and 3 years of driving experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Deliver first-class customer service to guests in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner.
• Open and close doors, park and secure vehicles, unload luggage.
• Retrieve vehicles promptly and greet hotel guests with a friendly welcome.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions and assist guests through check-in.
