Job summary

Texas Children's Hospital West Tower is seeking a Valet Driver to provide safe and efficient parking services and courteous guest interactions. You will respond quickly to guests' requests and work with the Operations Manager and team to meet service standards.

Pay is $14.00 per hour plus tips, with multiple Monday–Friday shifts and occasional night or weekend coverage. Prior customer service experience is a plus, and a professional, friendly demeanor is required.

Responsibilities

• The Valet Attendant ensures the safe and efficient parking of guest vehicles while delivering service that exceeds our customer/client’s expectations.
• Responds quickly to customers’ requests and provides caring interactions with all guests at their assigned location.
• Works closely with fellow team members, Operation Manager, and/or Shift Supervisor to ensure quality and safety standards are met and state/local laws are adhered to.

• (1) Monday - Friday (9 am - 530 pm)
• (1) Monday - Friday (10 am - 630 pm)
• (1) Wednesday - Sunday (11 pm - 730 am)
• (1) Monday - Friday (3 pm - 1130 pm)
• (1) Wednesday - Sunday (3 pm - 1130 pm)

The Valet Attendant ensures the safe and efficient parking of guest vehicles while delivering service that exceeds our customer/client’s expectations. The Valet Attendant is responsible for responding quickly to customers’ requests and providing caring interactions with all guests at their assigned location. The Valet Attendant works closely with fellow team members, Operation Manager, and/or Shift Supervisor to ensure that quality and safety standards are met at all times as well as adhering to state and local laws.
