Job summary

LAZ Parking in San Antonio, TX is hiring a Valet Attendant. You will welcome guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and provide a friendly, high-energy service experience.

The role offers part-time hours, paid training, and the opportunity to earn tips in addition to $11.00 per hour. A valid 2-year driver license and being 18+ are required, with no prior experience necessary. You will work in a team atmosphere, maintain safety, and help deliver a memorable guest experience at LAZ Parking locations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Have a valid 2-year driver license.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Parking and/or hospitality industry experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Direct traffic to keep car flow organized with a smile.
• Welcome guests on arrival and departure.
• Greet customers by name and address their needs.
• Open and close doors for customers.
• Assist with luggage from vehicle to vehicle as needed.
• Turn off each car and remove keys.
• Provide each customer with a valet ticket and retrieval process.
• Park and retrieve cars carefully and efficiently.
• Maintain a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
