Qualifications

• Strong customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Parking/hospitality experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Direct traffic to keep the flow of cars organized with a smile.
• Welcome guests on arrival and departure.
• Greet customers by name, address needs, and build rapport at the stand.
• Open and close doors for each customer on arrival and departure.
• Assist guests with luggage as needed.
• Turn off each car and secure keys.
• Provide each customer with a valet ticket and retrieval process.
• Park and retrieve cars carefully, efficiently, and on time.
• Maintain a self-reliant attitude, with or without supervision.
• Promote positive customer relations and represent LAZ Parking well.
