Job summary

AAA Parking seeks a friendly Valet Attendant to join the Loews Atlanta Hotel team in Atlanta, GA. You will warmly greet guests, assist with coats and luggage, and safely park vehicles while representing AAA Parking with professionalism.

As part of a premier hotel partnership, you will collaborate with hotel staff to ensure seamless arrivals and departures, delivering exceptional guest service in a dynamic hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic English reading, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to stand 100% of the shift and lift up to 20 pounds.
• Flexible schedule based on business needs.
• Background and driving record check required.
• Previous hospitality or high-end customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and welcome arriving and departing guests.
• Answer questions clearly and professionally.
• Open vehicle and hotel doors and assist guests with coats and luggage.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, dining, entertainment, and points of interest.
• Provide assistance to guests with special needs or disabilities.
• Create a welcoming, memorable experience from arrival to departure.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely, efficiently, and courteously.
• Maintain vehicle keys in a secure, organized manner.
• Work closely with hotel staff to coordinate smooth guest arrivals and departures.
• Support fellow team members during busy periods, special events, and peak times.
