Towne Park LLC in Westlake Village, CA is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality, assist guests with luggage, park and retrieve vehicles, and provide directions and local information. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and at least one month of related experience.

You must speak and write English, handle cash, and work accurately with tickets and receipts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must hold a valid driver's license.
• One month related experience or training.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to add/subtract and work with money.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and promptly.
• Assist with luggage handling and bell services as needed.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations and local information.
• Explain parking rates and manage tickets and receipts.
• Operate Towne Park systems and maintain accurate key tag records.
