Job summary

LBA Hospitality is seeking a courteous valet to assist guests with parking, provide directions, and help with luggage at the hotel entrance. The role emphasizes safe vehicle handling, timely service, and maintaining a welcoming guest experience on site.

The position requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 60 pounds, and clear MVR. Prior valet experience is preferred, and a valid driver’s license is essential to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and a clean MVR required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous driving and valet experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open hotel main doors and assist guests entering and leaving the property.
• Assist guests with opening/closing vehicle doors.
• Welcome guests with professional, friendly greetings.
• Tag guest keys with date/time, car details, and room or contact number.
• Provide correct valet receipt and verify against the key before handing over the vehicle.
• Monitor vehicle traffic and ensure safe, efficient parking.
• Maintain security of vehicles and belongings inside the car.
• Report incidents or safety concerns to the supervisor or manager.
