Parking Management Company is seeking a Hospitality Valet Attendant for luxury hotels, resorts, and events. You will safely park and retrieve vehicles, deliver exceptional guest service, and help maintain a polished, welcoming environment at busy venues.

Compensation ranges from $13.00 to $20.00+ per hour after tips and base pay, with opportunities to earn more through performance and shifts. This is a non-exempt, on-site role requiring flexibility for full-time or part-time schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; customer service experience preferred.
• Customer service attitude and a helpful demeanor are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Conduct vehicle inspections and document parking locations.
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles with attention to safety.
• Follow attendance and timekeeping policies and report tips accurately.
• Keep valet areas clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Provide exceptional guest service and teamwork to ensure high-quality experiences.
• Maintain punctuality, proper uniform, and professional grooming.
• Attend required staff meetings and complete training modules on time.
