Job summary

Parking Management Company is seeking a Hospitality Valet Attendant for luxury hotels, resorts and events. You will be the first and last impression, parking and retrieving vehicles while delivering superior guest service and maintaining a polished appearance.

This non-exempt role offers Full-Time/Part-Time schedules with pay averaging $13.00–$20.00+ per hour after tips. Performance-based bonuses and a comprehensive benefits program are available.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and friendly demeanor required.
• Must maintain professional appearance and conduct.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles and document parking locations.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Follow safety and key handling procedures at all times.
• Maintain attendance, timekeeping, and report tips accurately.
• Keep valet areas clean and presentable.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and teamwork.
• Attend training sessions and staff meetings as required.
