Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required.
• Hospitality or parking experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.

Responsibilities

• Direct traffic to maintain smooth car flow with a smile.
• Welcome guests upon arrival and departure.
• Greet customers by name and address needs to build rapport.
• Open and close doors for customers.
• Assist guests with luggage as needed and help with valet service.
• Park and retrieve vehicles carefully, quickly, and safely.
• Provide valet tickets and explain retrieval process.
• Maintain professional, energetic demeanor and customer-focused service.
