LAZ Parking is seeking a full-time Valet Attendant in Richmond. You will greet guests, direct traffic, and escort customers with a friendly, professional presence from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities include manning the valet stand, assisting with luggage, tickets, and car retrieval, while maintaining safety and efficiency. A strong customer-service mindset and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid drivers license required.
• Hospitality/parking experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct traffic and keep the flow of cars organized with a smile.
• Welcome guests at arrival and departure.
• Greet customers by name and assist their needs.
• Open and close doors for every customer.
• Assist guests with luggage as needed.
• Turn off each car and remove keys.
• Provide valet tickets and retrieval instructions.
• Park and retrieve cars carefully, efficiently and promptly.
• Maintain a self-reliant attitude and work with or without supervision.
• Promote excellent customer relations and leave guests with a positive impression.
