Chamberlain Hotel in West Hollywood is seeking a Full-Time Valet Attendant to provide parking services and guest assistance with a friendly, service-minded attitude. You will greet guests, park and retrieve cars, assist with luggage, and ensure safety and accuracy in vehicle handling.

Responsibilities include documenting checks, sharing hotel information, and maintaining clean lobby areas. A flexible schedule, strong communication, and physical stamina are required to succeed in this fast-paced

Qualifications

• High School diploma / Secondary qualification or equivalent.
• Vision ability to see objects and people at a distance.
• Dexterity to grasp handles, carry items and lift up to 65lbs.
• Able to communicate verbally and follow instructions.
• Cash handling and basic math skills expected.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, assist with luggage, and park/retrieve vehicles safely.
• Document vehicle checks, damages, and conditions prior to service.
• Provide hotel information and promote services to guests.
• Maintain lobby areas and assist other departments as needed.
• Follow safety and traffic regulations and manage keys/parking layout.
• Seasonal outside duties such as snow removal and trash collection.
